iPhone alarm not working? No worries... try this

No fear at all if you wanted the alarm badly.

Thanks Gizmodo for the information on this.

Uh, if your iPhone alarm failed to wake you up this morning it wasn't because you got too wild last night. No, it's actually your iPhone's fault. Apparently, one time alarms just aren't working for the iPhone in this new year. Seriously. I repeat: Alarms set for one time use WILL NOT go off as planned. The current workaround is to set the alarm as repeating. Here's how:
• Tap Clock
• Tap +
• Set your alarm
• Tap Repeat
• Set Repeat interval
• Tap Save
9to5Mac says the bug will fix itself automagically on January 3rd (Monday), but we'll keep an eye out on this. Alarm fiascos are so annoying and this is the second one on the iPhone in just a few months! Here's to hoping you didn't have a reason to wake up today. [Engadget viaTiPb]

All the best!

Oh...I had.. changed!

For those who do not know...

Yes, I had sold my beloved Blackberry Bold 9700 last Saturday because I gotten myself a iPhone4 16Gb instead. The cost of getting this used iPhone4 is indeed a steal! Sorry, it is not nice for me to announce the price, but seriously I am very happy with it!

Just that, Jailbreak have not come into iOS4.1 for iPhone4 yet. I am waiting patiently.

Mean whiles, I reckon I will spend a bit for getting the apps!

There are quite a few good apps in Apps store tho. Just thinking if some apps are worth the cost of getting it.
As for my Blackberry Bold 9700, I had it sold at $380 as my condition is very good! All thanks to the protection by Otterbox!

Too bad my BIS contract with Singtel will ceased only on 2012! Well, at least I can fully utilise my 12Gb BBoM. Now, I wish I have a radio with iPhone adapter, so I can tune in to it without turning the tuning knob on the radio. But then again, since the radio still work, I will carry on using it until it decided to raise white flag.

As I am still looking for a nice casing for my new phone, Otterbox kept appearing in my mind.

Film: Dot

When you talk about stop motion, what is it that you are referring at? A human, an object or what? How about a miniature icon instead? Read.. World Smallest!

Apparently, this group of people actually made a tiny figurine like the lead of the pencil for this commercial!

Spare those funky duper cameras, for now, let's stick to hand phone camera! Yes, you got it! N8 by Nokia was used for this motion stop shoot!

Applauded for their hard work. Got it? Creativity counts... =)

Enjoy the film as shown below.

Video that make me wow

This gotta be one of the most ironic moment of all. I burst into laughter when the show clip is at near end.
Enjoy!

Wow, I do love the whole setup from Window 7 Mobile. But the most important question, will they have Whatsapps?

Man, I wish I can have a change of phone, but currently I am stuck with the BIS plan for 2 years, hence no changes of phone. I do wish to own an Android phone tho. iPhone4 does not come to my mind at all, which I have no idea why.

Recently, I am quite tired because of Cait is literally an energizer bunny. Ok, I do admit that I did play 1 mission a day for my StarCraft II. For those who do not know, yes, I bought the SC II @ $99 last month. Though it is quite expensive, but I am very happy to own it. Of course, I will schedule my time properly tho.

Right now, I am on the midst of preparing and brain storming a conceptual shoot theme which will be related to music, not those Musical stuff. I am going to reveal all my ideas in the blog because there is nothing to hide at all. Please do give me huge support!

Touch HD 2 isn't WM?

image via unwiredview

If you realise something from HTC recently that they are quite concern over Android OS rather than WM. Just simply look at HTC Hero and HD2.

Guess that they prefer more preloaded software to the phone rather than having people messing around. So.. will there be excel and word for Android?

Busy and busy and super busy

There's so many on-going stuff recently, especially with Cait, that's why I seldom post so much like last time. I have to force myself to do my other blog then this as there are photos taken almost everyday.

Cait is not feeling really well after going to JP today. Why? You might have to read my Ongies blog instead. We thought of going to IMM for Cartel breakfast but ended up to Jurong Point since parent had not been there after JP2 open up. It's great fun to bring Cait out but there are couple of things we forgotten to bring and we will remember the next time. I cannot remember if there's Cartel at JP or not, so after walking a while, we head to Din Tai Feng instead. The food is great and nice especially the fried rice. The noodle is quite so-so instead. In total, it cost $75 after GST. Thought that we can have the free mother day cake after spending more then $70, but according to the waitress, they calculate as before GST. What the...

The yummy drunkard chicken meat and the wonderful meat fried rice. In fact, everyone dig in to that and finish it within min! Of course, this is not enough for everyone and they decided to order another plate even though there's dish for everyone already.

Mom is fine after the surgery which is meant to clear some blockage in her vein near the heart. Glad that mom is alright even though spending hours in NUH without internet access is quite terrible! I tried to use my 5800 to link up with my Mac and apparently, it fail terribly as the SG@Wireless is extremely slow! I got to try my best to get the 5800 work properly as modem. It can only connect as BT and not modem, which is quite weird after my Mac mention that there's error found on the modem. Got to rectify the issue with William's help.

Symbian OS Nokia 5800 information

Ok, for those holding on to Symbian phone of Nokia 5800, maybe you want to do something with it as what W told me. I am blogging because I do not want to forget anything regarding to this.

For Mapking, you may want to consider here to see how it works properly. Of course, under symbian OS, the installation file is name as .sis instead of the usual .exe we see, likewise for Mac is .dmg. For this, you have to submit your IMEI and get it generate, but usually you might have to wait for at least a day to get it done.

Here is the place for you to get the Cert, but usually in a day or so. Just key in your IMEI, then the captcha code. Need not to worry, you can always key in your IMEI code to check if your cert is ready for downloading.

Next, just simply click here for a very straight forward instruction as told.

Since I am having problem with the MSN Live which I got it from OPDA, I decided to use Fring as what W told me. Yes, it allow you to login to various chat application too.
