Crew rest on Sunday

Working hard for a week and finally everyone deserve their crew rest for today.

Let's jump back to the day before yesterday during our drinking session. I am not a drinker at all, but since fellow mates offer, it is better to accept. Anyway, it is a good drink since we really need to relax after a hard day work.

Every night without fail, we will gather here and have a good laugh with the beer session.

Lots of people know what I am doing during my NS days, and most of the time, we are using hand to work non stop. As a result, everyone palm were freaking sore and gone red in color.

I entered Shoalwater Bay Training Area yesterday and it is horrifying! Trees and grass are withered due to dry weather. There's hardly any rain at all. According to the senior commander, the last time it rain was during Jan this year. I cannot imagine that it had been 9 months since it rained!

9 years ago, everywhere was very beautiful as they were filled with green grass. Walking on the DZ (DropZone) was much easily than now. Withered grass made the road even harder to walk in. Because of the dry weather, the ground that I saw everywhere are cracked.

We had OTOT breakfast timing (finally)

After the breakfast and resting, we went for beach volley ball. We had our game last 2 nights ago so it is not that difficult for us to start. Sun is damn hot when we started playing today. Preparing yourself a bottle of water is a must.

After playing to each other for a while, some NS active personnel decided to join us. This time, it is NSman vs Active personnel. Yeah, Bonding time with lots of energy lost.

NSman are old already, and I exhuasted damn quickly but at least it is some kinda fitness!

The game is awesome and playing with the young is damn strenous!

Yea.. I went jogging!

I shall show you why I must go jog. I do not care even if you laugh or what-so-ever. woot!

Though I finally started jogging, I did a slow short distance jog for about 500m. The rest of the 2.4km is by walking. As my fitness is pretty bad, I got to take some times to get use to it. Hoping I can lose lots of water retention first.

I have not plan on my jogging schedule. But for those days that I am not jogging, I am going to push a little bit on push up, sit up, pull up and dumb bell. I hope this mentality will go on non-stop.

BTW, can someone tell me if the photo color look weird? Maybe I should calibrate my monitor in office tho. It seem a little saturated in color.


Korean Dinner


Thanks Sis and bro in law for the great authentic Korean dinner treat at Ju Shin Jung .This got to be the first time everyone had the real Korean food ever! Let's not talk about Korean food at foodcourt and the instant noodle.

It is no wonder why Korean people are not so fat because of the vegetable they take! The kimchii is nice too, but not every Kimchii are suitable to my taste. I prefer not-so-sour type! kaka.. Having the meat wrapped with the vegetable and kimchii taste marvellous!

Pity that dad had indigestion the day later and vomitted several times during noon time. So I quickly took dad to see doctor after he got home. Yes, he is recovering but having the temperature at 38degree! He cannot find other people to replace his duty as bus driver, so there's no use for MC. He still have to work no matter what.

The serious backache...my fats.... hohoho

Could it be the fats that made me so aching recently whenever I wake up every morning? hmmm...Ok.. here's what I should really do. Perhaps.. must do!



Project: Diet | Fitness


Reduce lots of intake on rice and noodle. (everyone know I love rice.. but I must have perseverance!)
Do 20 push up and sit-up for the start.
Slow jog for short distance.

As of 06 09 2009 (Sunday), I weighted myself at night and... (shocked!)
I reached the 3 digit on weighting scale. Damn.. I am getting more and more unfit, so I must do more workout! That will be good for me during the training in Australia next month.

Guessing my weight? Nah... do not worry, I shall reveal now.

Hohoho! Incredible weight huh! What's my idea weight? Ok... in the past I hope to obtain 75kg, but now... better to reduce 15kg first! It will be marvellous if I can reduce 1kg per week.

I planned to wake up at 6am to jog, but I end up fallen back to sleep! I must overcome this! Darn!
