Goodbye, workplace

It had been a great place to work here at Mercury Ent tho.
People that I met here are nice and quite social-able. But, as times passes, everyone wanted to move on for their next career chapter; thus the strength began to go even lower when I first came in.

No matter what, I felt great learning so much regarding of video coding and simple post productions. Without here, I do not think I can work as freelancer at World Sport Group as audio editor.

Everything that I learn from forum, including decrypting of DVD and BD, had been a great help for me over here. There are so much information contains within it, and I managed to learn through lots of hard ways.

I am also proud to do the so-called infamous censorship for release of DVD in Singapore. At least, hey.. you know... I did that tho... incredible?

Mine next job scope is totally irrelevant of what I am doing now. There's no productions, producing and editing going on for me. In fact, it is all base on project and I am really anticipate.

The great thing about here is: free car park and beware of the old uncle, whom always ask you to park way behind which might block your way while going out.

Beware and the fine

Beware if you want to enter the Video department room! Ok, it is loud as if we are entering the cinema area in office, which the room is pretty near to Audio Department. I admit that it is loud and at times, I got a fright too! But without those sound, all what we can just be hearing is nice and irritating ring tone or loud typing keyboard sounding. I also cannot stand my keyboard sound too. No against, but the office is just that QUIET! Only when there's rubbish talking, then the department will be alive. If not everyone will just dive in their own cubicle.


And yes, I gotten my first fine parking yesterday! Both my wife and me went to Yew Tee for a swim because we need to force ourselve! Healthy and good for baby too. We drag our feet there and parked the car. I was thinking not to put any coupon as my wife saw not a lot place it. Oh well, I decided to place 2 x purple coupon (1hr).

We went to the pool side and found that there are so many peoples. I got no great body so I am abit shy. LOL (After watching Kungfu Panda, who cares it anyway) The deep pool itself only have the middle 2 lane free for others to swim. Whilst, the left and right, were occupied by the kids for swimming lesson. Hence, we went to Spa pool to relax first before we approach to the wave pool for short leisure swim. As my goggle clip, which is to connect left and right lense attach together, were broken, I cannot approach to deep pool to swim despite there are lesser people.

At least I did swim 1.5 lap in together at the wave pool. The 2 laps of swim at the wave pool is about 1 full length of deep pool. And after relaxing at the corner of the small waterfall which is just 0.5m, separated the wave pool from the higher height of baby pool, we went to shower and buy lottery ticket before we went back to the car. It's about 10.20am when we left the pool. Judging from the ticket summon time, I am just 1-2min late! Thanks to the guy who is in front of me checking his 6 pieces of TOTO tickets if there's any winning chance.

End up, $2 per entry for adult, plus $6 of fine, we spent $10 for a swim. We shall go to CDANS next Saturday, and see how much it will cost in the end. Plus, there's no time limit swimming there, just the carpark fee and my wife got to pay $2 as she is not a member of SAFRA.

Activated yesterday. Met all the buddies in camp and thought that I can sign and go off around 3.20pm! Both Soo Kok and me waited for my dear pal, Dickson, for over 45min! He forgotten to inform me his change of phone number thus, I cannot contact him for mobilisation which I thought I can give him a lift before I went to Soo Kok house at Jurong West! Too bad. Because of that, I decided not to join Dickson, Joseph and Jackson (since he is driving as well) for tea session at Bukit Timah. I rather go home after sending Soo Kok. I do not want to wait until we finish the tea session, and I still got to go to Jurong West because my wife is waiting for me at home.

My feeling and old days...

Apparently, both my partner and me at work really felt this by the sudden increase of work load.

Why I say my Nikon Coolpix is good? Ha! I can snap photo without my SD card in it and by surprised, it is still in the camera memory. I do not know other cam tho, so do not slam me for been foolish. I also do not know how many photos can I store. It's by accident I forgotten to put the SD card in.

I took my car charger photos and realise I didn't slot my SD card in at all as I wanted to show my pal, W.

There you go.

The overall look of my new phone charger. Since I have quite a few of USB cables at home, might as well get this charger whereby it is much user friendly. I can even charge my wife hp at the same time too.

The only minus point will be the cable is not the usual curvy type like normal car charger. Because I can stretch it, for this I can only use rubber band. But still make it look neater tho.


Love this charger a lot as there's 2 x USB and extra socket in the middle where the cap is closed.

By chance, I finally hooked up with my old Sec Sch mate through MSN. Realising he forgotten some of the guys in NCC, hence I upload the pic in Facebook of mine. And that also made me wanted to scan even more photos, like my own class and other misc photos. I will constantly upload the photos when I got more time. Decided not to have high DPI as I set to 150 which is more then enough.

New specy!

I am just bored thus took it in office earlier on when I'm resting. According to the spectacle name, it stated d' ART, made in France tho. Good luck to ML as she wanted to do a new one too. I wanted to do 2 more spec in future for different event usage. LOL. I admit I am hiao, so what?

Yesterday I am quite free thus uploaded quite a number of photos also. The 2 album of photos that I uploaded are my past Thailand trip with my ex coll and one of the presenter. It's my first trip out of Singapore by plane tho. Call me mountain tortoise, I don't give a shit about it. (I do not count Ex Wallaby to Aust as first trip out of SG because that is mainly training, not holiday)

Look into my past!

I got the urge of uploading my old photos online. But some of the it were either on the oldskool neoprints or on prints. It will take me quite a long period of time to get ALL of my photos uploaded to flickr and show on my blog.

No doubt that I had uploaded to Facebook, I still felt that I wanted it to be in flickr too! Facebook is so much fun because of the recent talk cock session with Botak, HL and Zann! Plus, tagging people name on photo is so much fun, who knows that I might be able to contact some of my old mates!

Some were so surprised that I had it uploaded! For instance, my JVSS (Jurongville Sec Sec) pal, See H., replied me abt it. That goes to some of the Alamak Chatters too! They are enol, citty catty and playful_gal!

I still remember I started chatting in Alamak when I am 14 yr old. Man, that's how young I started chatting. Vividly remember that one of my pal, Benjamin, introduced to me in school lilbrary! Back then, Alamak Chat Room was so much fun because of so many nonsense pal, and there's spilt room like normal and frame chat. Yes, there's some dispute on different chat room had its own style.

Those who had cyberway net will entitled to have free operator ranking too. You need t pay to be an operator in the chat room, which allow you to gain some level to punish some irritating chatters. Of course, there are different level of ops. Haha.. I shall not go into details.

Anyway, I am deciding of getting a scanner for getting all photos to be scan into my hdd. Yes, 1TB is a must to get tho. I do not want to wait until the photos turn yellow and I feel regret.

Looking bad in the past made me laughed non stop thus I wanted to share with all who come in my blog.
