William SOLVED my problem!!!

You read it previously.

Now, let's cut the bloody story short as sweet as like a candy!?!

Before heading to Sakae Sushi for lunch in Funan, I went to SouthAsia Computer store to change my USB HDD dock! And what's the outcome??? ~laterz...~

We didn't managed to have good and peaceful meal at all... Why? Read on!

So... the problem.. how?

I took half day to Funan and get my dock changed. Meanwhile before going off, I was talking to William via MSN and I realised there's one thing to take note for my printer!

What is it?

Good bye faulty cable given by HP! Pissed me off totally!


For just printer to my router, I need 15m of Lan cable! OMG! I need a shorter one, but I hope it works for me!
Luckily I have Belkin Lan cable at hm to try out...

I had the installation removed and thought of reinstalling again when I get back home.

But I do understand that by plugging the cable into the router, my port 2 should light up but, there's no light at all until I used this belkin cable. Immediately there's light shine up!

Installed and tried...

GOOD to go!

William also remote in my Mac to configure the printing thru IP. After 10min, it works flawlessly! Finally I can print stuff from Mac to printer wirelessly via router! Hurray!
And my USB HDD dock....


The moment I attached the USB, no pop up msg found. To ensure it is in, I went to device manager to confirm this USB mass storage is detected. (Yes, it does)

Next step, plugging my HDD in and holding my breathe when I turn on the power....

Great! I saw HDD detected on PC and felt the disk movement in the HDD!


My USB HDD drive works! Happily transferring items from WD ext HDD to my Seagate HDD on dock. Both 1TB! haha


The amount of papers that need to be shred!!!

A lot huh!!! My poor scrapper got to work hard once again!

So how?

I pen down some information about Cait issue on the other blog.

Mom felt that her coll will be damn snobbish if she pleaded. But if she don't... (sigh)
Everything will remain unknown until tomorrow because today is the rest day for their clinic.

Knowing mom prefer to work because she wanted some income but dad is a little against with the idea tho. But if mom do not work, it means that I got to top up more money for her monthly and I end up stressing myself more.

Look like I have to make sure that certain things that not needed have to terminate off with immediate effect. I'm going to call up Starhub to terminate my Celestial Classic Movie and upsize of channels. Save up better. If Cait is really going to infant care, I have to put a lot more money on it.

My Starhub cable tv bill hit $90+ this month. How incredible.

If you were to ask me to put her in relative house... I'm sorry... I do not think it is a wise choice tho.

Right now, no answer to everything. According to mom, her coll wanted to see doc yesterday, but end up, call again to say she do not want to work on Tuesday. I see some roti prata action.

Blog reveal

While some been wondering why I am so secretive towards certain stuff, now I will reveal it. Only few people actually know what's going on tho.

If you noticed that my upcoming blog had been changed to the-ongies which I had link up. In short and yes, my wife is pregnant! For Chinese custom, for the first 3 mth, we must remain quiet and not to announce to anyone else. Of course, boss must know what's going on as I got to take leave often to accompany my wife.

I will not post related to baby stuff here as it defeat the purposes. Feel free drop by the new blog of our family.

What is the best way to make people feel that they are in wrong?

Like my boss stated in calendar that the meeting will start at 9.30am, which is the usual time we start work. And knowing that some of us will not check the calendar and always take things for granted, this is what she did.

Meeting start at 9.45am with 15min allowance. 2 coll had not report to work at all as and some of us thought that they are on leave.

Meeting went on for nearly 20min until one of the coll tried to open the door and then leave.Guessed that she thought it is someone else using the room.

10 min later, she came back again, entered the meeting room and kept apologizing to boss in a very apologetic tone that she is late. She thought that meeting start at 10am as usual in the past.

See? Boss purposely embarass people who tend to come in late almost everyday.

Meeting goes on for nearly 45min or more, 2nd coll came in and without any apologizing, she grabbed the chair, sat down throughout the meeting as if nothing is wrong. I am totally speechless at that time, kept shaking my head as this is so.... That's really quite off for sure. Be it whatever so, it is wrong for anyone to be late for work.
