Out of focus is not exactly bad

Bokeh is beautiful when you had the object focused in front and had it blurred out at the back.That's how people like to look at it.

How about having bokeh as the main subject instead? Interesting? How does it make it interesting when there's nothing to see because bokeh is blurred out?

Maybe David Cooke will show you, not in photography, but video.
