From my area of my workplace, I saw this spectacular view of Suntec City been partly covered by the cloud. To think that it is so cold today!
Eventually, while on my way to my office, I saw one of the build area around the Shenton way side, I saw cloud moving down! Its up to you to believe or not and I can confirm that my eyes is not playing any trick!
